GridNote is an on-device SLP schedule and session-notes app. Buy once ($9.99) for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Caseload syncs through the Apple ID’s iCloud when you are signed in.
Start empty, add your groups and students, then Edit schedule. Settings → Load Demo Caseload is optional fake names only.
iCloud not syncing? Sign in to iCloud on each device, open GridNote, and wait a moment. The caseload uses that Apple ID’s private iCloud, not a GridNote server.
